Each CLP or Affiliate may submit ONE Motion each to be discussed at Conference.

All motions received submitted to the East Midlands Regional Conference must follow the below guidance

• Be received prior to the Friday 31st January.

• On one subject only.

• No more than 250 words in length.

• Not considered by the RCAC as an organisational matter or constitutional amendment.

• Must refer to an issue or subject affecting the East Midlands region.

After this deadline, the RCAC may consider emergency motions. The CAC shall only timetable emergency motions for debate if it meets the following conditions:

• Has arisen after the closing date for motions; and

• Is a matter of urgent and immediate importance to the discussion by the Regional Labour Party at Conference.

The deadline for emergency motions is Saturday 15th February.
