Here in the UK many workers’ rights including paid parental leave, equal treatment for part-time and agency workers and paid holiday and sick pay, are protected through our membership of the EU.

Following the Referendum in June this year, the UK voted to leave the EU putting at risk the rights that are currently protected under our membership of the EU.

Join us in calling on the government to making a commitment to protecting these rights through UK law following Brexit.

The Government must be committed to protecting the rights of ALL UK citizens and residents post Brexit and honour a commitment to the democratic process by allowing the British people to have the deciding voice on any Brexit deal via a second referendum

I call on the government to ensure current working rights are protected by UK law when EU rules no longer apply.

The UK’s departure from the EU should not be used as an opportunity to worsen working conditions or make work less secure than it already is.

Britain has fought hard to respect the rights and dignity of all individuals, we now need to ensure that Global Capital is not allowed to erode the hard fought for rights
