Local Organiser - Lincoln

Role: Local Organiser

Work Pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week

Based: Lincoln
Salary: £13,758.55 per annum with an annual fixed sum allowance of £592.60
Duration of Contract: This position will be a rolling one-year appointment, renewed annually subject to performance and funding.  

Lincoln Labour Party is looking to recruit a Local Organiser to work with the Constituency up until May 2016. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping develop local party organisation and involvement in a local election campaign.

The successful applicant will have experience of organising election campaigns and motivating and leading teams of volunteers. They will work with the local Party to build organisational and campaign capacity, and have a proactive approach to delivering effective campaigns.
